What's your point? There's still people that come here claiming to be hot ****. </font>
Sorry, I must have missed my reference to you in my post. Care to point it out for me?

Seriously, I didn't mean the respected members like you or Viper.

They're either all banned, or just don't care about V6 fbodies anymore.

As for your portfolio - I could give a rats ***. Its probably all talk like your CL55 is anyway.

And pontiac nino - I technically owned teh Minivan... 10k worth of damage to it... 8k worth of damage to me.

So if I went out tomorrow and bought an 04 Ferrari 360 Modena Challenge Stradale, i'd still be a talker cause it isn't an SL55?

No. You'd still be a big talker with nothin to back it up b/c when tomorrow comes around you'll own neither of the cars.

I was never a real **** talker, but....

I did dump close to $3 grand into a "super engine" last spring. That engine got me an "awsome" 13.75 @ 101.

I am not too impressed with my v6. It does great against other v6's and hondas, but it isn't a real v8 killer. I am gonna do a last ditch effort at making my car fast by putting a turbo on it.

12sec will undoubtedly interject saying that he is the pimp shiznit and that his bird kills v8's all day long. Good for him. THe rest of us are stuck at high to mid 13's. He will probably throw in some jargon about sexiness as well. I will race his sexiness or his bird in my F/A-18.

I don't run my mouth, but I do have some pretty big plans if you need pics of my basement I can take and upload some ;)

Bare block, Crank, L67 Rods(will be cryo treated), Intense Cam, 105# springs, titanium retainers, trickflow rods, comp roller lifters, Intake/Exhuast Valves, Stock Heads, viton premium valve seals, comp valve locks, 36# injectors,Ported and Polished TB w/ 99 maf sensor, ported and polished upper/lower intakes, lots more, but a full buildup for me is a relatively slow process........

Need pistons, rockers, gaskets, bearings, timing chain, and other misc. install stuff....

Have quite a few parts have at least another 2k in parts that need to be ordered.....

I'll let you know when it's built, but it is happening excluding any major life issues!

*stretch* Im just waiting on another member of this board to finish taking his old motor out so I can take it and strip it for some parts to go on my built motor I got bored trying to find individual parts so I said screw it -- im buying a parts engine. lol.

I'm just saving up for a valvetrain rebuild and cam, probably around the time I get my tax refund, which should be quite a bit considering those bastards get me for over $100 a week. But nothing big going on through the winter except an aluminum ds and loop, a TA rear end cover, and a set of Z28 springs. Which reminds me....I should have a set of Eibachs for sale within the next month or so :D

Funny you mentioned that. The first guy that comes into mind is 10sec.dream.

That guy is long gone. But the fastest F-body V6'ers are not even members here. Like Harry Dolittle with his 11 sec. V6 Firebird N/A. 4 other guys that are in the 12 sec. category that are N/A.

One I notice though, these guys are in their 40's and 50's. I wonder if age is a factor for not being a member here.
