Well, I park on a dead-end cobblestone street about 3 blocks from my office. Its sandwhiched between vacant lots of the old Heinz (ketchup makers) properties. One of the few places that you can get free parking in this area of the city... if you get in early enough because everyone else from the other office buildings tries to park there as well.
I walked to my car after work yesterday and found a note under the windshield wiper from the Department of Transportation. Said they are sorry, they called the police and filed a report, call their complaints department for more info.

jebus crimeny, thank god u werent there to see that. Im sure the sound was rather intimidating. At least they did the right thing, but damnit thats just rediculous. I prolly wouldve cried if I saw that after a day at work.
