      they are... it helps so when you take corners and such hard, that all the fuel doesn't pool to the sid of the tank and starve the motor for fuel.

      In my 3.4L I was sputtering and chuging at the track once, I had toput in a gallon 100 octane at $5 a gallon just so I could make it to a local gas station..

      made no difference in my times...

      pushed it to far on low fuel for weight reduction [img]smile.gif[/img]

        My old camaro ('89 rs) didn't have any baffles, so I knew when it was time to fill up. During a turn, the engine would sputter and bog down
