I know strange question but I have to ask. My wife and I are thinking of adopting a foster kid. Maybe not this year but we'll wait till were a bit more financially OK.
Any feedback you wanna give me would be great.
My cousin is adopted. We love him all the same, but we're a tan-skinned outdoors family, and he's an extremely pale skinned final fantasy guy. Its incredibly obvious.

We tried, but my wife has a lot of medical problems. Mainly she was born with a congenital heart defect. She takes medication for it and it made her period very irregular.
Plus, even if she did get pregnant, she wouldn't be able to carry it. Adoption seems to be the only choice.
my fiancee's cousin is when he was 14, now 18. had been in foster for ever. we love him no differently but he still has some issues about it like when graduation came around, his real family wasnt there for it and that bothered him even though his parents are dead.
i have a question. Would you ever tell him?
EDIT: about the kid ending up different, most families has a kid who turns out different with different intrests than the rest of the family. i wouldnt worry about that. not even hair or eye color is an issue. a lot of people dont have the same colors as their family. like my sister, she has blue eyes and blonde hair and everyone else has brown or green eyes with brown hair. the only person we know who had blue eyes was my great-grandmother and we know of noone with blonde hair. what im trying to say is, dont sweat that kind of stuff when you are looking at your options.

Adoption is cool, there will always be kids that need homes. I really wish I was raised in a home that had some sort of interest in cars.
There is fast, too fast, and way too fast. Way too fast is almost fast enough.
Still trying to find oil leak on my Camaro, it’s a tough one. I think it is the oil pressure sender myself. Leaking when raving and going into boost....
