  • Back off to the dyno this Sunday

    http://www.camarov6.com/ubb/ultimate...=022732#000000

    Previous pre tuning #'s

    Now I'm tuned.

    we shall see what happens.

    Updates shortly

Same shop, same mods except for tuning, same tire set up, basically... everything the same.

#'s will be corrected so weather won't be a factor.

Sigh..... hopefully these #'s will let me know it was worth it

When are your shiftpoints now after tuning?

6000 would probably be great for you with your rockers and springs.

My DHP PCM shifts a 6000 in every gear, which is to high for my stock valvetrain and 100K motor. I get valvefloat above 5800. My engine doesnt seem to mind the valvefloat though since I have been driving and racing it for a year, but I have an extra set of low milage heads from a 2002 monte carlo waiting to be ported(i wish i wasnt unemployed  ).

        Good Luck!

            James,
What mods do you have currently. I looked on your site but couldnt find a list. I know a yank 3500 stall and 3.23 gears. What else? Just trying to get an idea of what Im looking at for HP numbers when I get the tune.

How much does dyno cost? I've always wondered this, as I'll want to dyno my car after my performance mods next summer.
