On my way to school I passed by the local chevy dealer. About a mile down the road I see a brand new
cavalier broken down with its flashers on and hood up with a "GM" technician under the hood. And two guys standing next to the car.
The Cavy broke down on the test drive.
I love GM. But c'mon thats gotta be some bad luck for that salesman.
#1- Was test driving a hyundai santa fe and the woman looks at me and says i'm going to test the breaks, and as i'm about to tell her that we cannot allow that because it's bad for the break-in period (first 1200 miles) she slams the breaks on locking the tires up. Then she floors the gas... and tries again...no breaks, pedal to the floor she starts pumping the brakes as we coasted to a stop. Luckily I had my cell phone.
#2- On a test drive in extreme heat, AC doesn't work in not only 1 sonata, but 2, and 3. Credibility for myself and hyundai were gone. LOL
#3- Most recently was on a test drive in a 4-runner and i was with a wife her husband and her child, she tries to make a u turn from the median and she for some reason was at an awkward position and a soccor mom in a soccoer mom van cut the turn sharper from behind her as she was livid. So she hit the gas to speed up to the mini van and ran out of gas. LOL I had forgotten to check the gas before we left. that was a bad experience.
when i test drove a GTO, the lady wasnt paying attention and just talking away as i went into fith gear... on the interstate hearing the roar of the dual exhaust
