!#$%@#$@& My rifle is sitting in a gun shop down there in Orange City, FL, and if I don't get it soon I'm gonna hurt someone. If that hurricane keeps it from getting shipped out I'm driving down there with a big stick.

          Im praying right now that it speeds up in movement so it catches the norther drift of the high pressure system.. if it stays at 10 to 12 miles an hour.. florida will be sliced in half again by yet another hurricane

            Bring it on!

            By the time they hit us they're nothing more than 1-2 inches of rain and 15-mph gusts anyway.

                          California = earthquakes...

                          As for the "why do people live with all the storms" stuff. We had a big conversation about this on www.cz28.com.

                          Long story short, I have lived in Florida for 21 years and I have only lost power twice, do to a hurricane/tropical Storm/tropical depression.

                          either way this crap is gonna be hitting me too.

                                You're thinkin of Kansas . The tornados here are scarce, and when they do hit they strip shingles off rooves and that's it.

                                It's more about winter storms, although last winter was really mild compared to most. But hey, now I rock at driving in ice and snow without traction control or LSD :D
