WOO HOO!! found out today that the "no-fault insurance" policies here in michigan don't mean **** when you hit a parked car lol. looks like his insurance will be paying for everything as far as her car and his. and maybe the rental car my dad had to get. that's finally some good news. i thought it was pretty screwed up about the no-fault policies too, but i guess that doesn't apply when you hit a parked car. that reckless driving ticket is going to mess up his record too. it's likely he'll lose his license until he's 21 (he's 18 now).
