No AIS?

I'm going foward with my "alternative plans" which can be run on the same day as AIS ... up until I put money down on a different track day.

That's just sad. Usually we hear about it way before January. I think Tony deserves the benefit of the doubt, but I'd like to hear either way. If it's off, it's off, at least we will be able to plan something else for board members.

hey shenanigans wtf am i chopped liver? i do think florida would make a great drag meet but not orlando (our track sucks) gotta find a better one. we should start to set one up for next year.

Bradenton, I have heard its the best track in the state... but never been.

yeah, that is the track i was thinking of. its a lot of work to set up an event like this but i think it would be worth it. people get to run at a track near sea level and get to make a vacation out of it at the same time. I think its the best location for this type of event if they can handle the amount of people an event like AIS brings in. I will look into it and see how much it would cost to researve a weekend their and all that. we might be able to get this ready in 6 months or so if we really get to work on it. Would you guys be interested in an event down here?
