Workout mix

We've had a zillion "help me make a mix" posts, but I don't think I've seen one like this. I'm trying to make a good iPod mix for working out, specifically for jogging. I want it to start out slower, then work up, then slow down a bit at the end. I like a mix of genres, and I like hip hop, metal, techno, whatever... just no country. What would your mix look like and/or what songs should I have on mine?

Navras by Juno Reactor, it's from the Matrix Revolutions soundtrack I think. Kinda a cool techno/electric mix, tends to get me pumped to workout.

usher, kevin little, jay-z, for the hip hop stuff

little harder with disturbed, system of a down, trust company, powerman 5000, rob zombie, techno mixes, remixes, stuff like that.

bring it down with something like green day, sublime, tool, new found glory i dunno that's just me.
