    If the threat of a law suit isn't enough, you can also report the incident to a local TV news station. Most news stations offer some sort of consumer help hotline. In the Bay Area, CA, we have "7 On Your Side" and "Contact 4". Nothing works better than the threat of bad publicity!

    Also, you might want to report the girl's insurance company to your state attorney general.

      I dont know much about accidents, but...

      couldn't you get a second insurence person to inspect the damage...that seems a bit bogus to me?

        Ohhh ... news station. That'll get 'em! Awesome idea!

        I have requested that I see the pictures he took and all the crap her wrote down. I also asked my insurance company if they could come take a look, but I have liability only ... so they wouldn't do sh*t. I am going to call in a little bit, see what investigating they've done! Thanks for all the awesome ideas guys (and girls!).
