i've been putting off weight lifting/excercising ever sicne i started atkins since i found early that i didn't need it to lose weight. Well i WANT to start excericising and stuff now to get toned and get rid of my man breasts and guy overhang lol and these people here http://www.bodyforlife.com/success_s...ss_index.shtml are my inspiration!!!! if they can do it I CAN TOO!!!! This guy http://www.bodyforlife.com/bfl_bus_t...im_hatcher.jpg is the first one that i saw (someone showed him to me) and he is now my idol,inspiration, motivation and hero. Guys, i'm going full board on this now, wish me luck [img]smile.gif[/img]
