Roethlisberger throws an interception, they score and are ahead of us......then we tie it up, and then they miss a 40some yard field goal-BARELY, and then with the game GIVEN to us Roethlisberger throws another interception!!!!!!! They regain possession and go for another field goal with like 4 seconds left, AND MISS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Game goes into OT and Jets win coin toss, we regain possession and score a field goal!

the steelers almost lost that game. that's different than the jets almost winning the game.
jet's offense scored a total of 3 points. 7 from the jet's defense and 7 from special teams (when will they invent a kicker who can tackle? is it that much to ask that kickers learn how to make an open field tackle instead of just missing the guy completely?).
big ben looked a bit rusty after 3 weeks off. he did improve (or the jets wore down its hard to tell which). after falling behind he started to force the ball which of course leads to turnovers. the steelers really shouldnt have panicked so early in the game.Comment

Doubt it. With a rookie QB, even though he's pretty good, that would be incredible. And also, they'd have to get through New England or Indianapolis. The Steelers are great this year, but I highly doubt seeing them in the bowl.Originally posted by cassie:
