I eat pretty good, have a steady exercise routine (i have a couple set of weights and stuff plus a bowflex) and i exercise every day, i just wanted to see any good GNC product that will help me a bit more. I was going to get a membership for a gym but the closest one here is Gold's Gym but my budget wont allow me to, so i'm stuck with my bowflex and my weights. My goal is to get toned up again, workin' on that for a lil' bit. Then after that is when i'm gonna start tryin' to gain muscle mass.http://www.cardomain.com/id/1995birdman

definitely diet and making sure you go consistently. I started lifting maybe 6 months or so ago and definitely noticed a difference. I read a lot of stuff on the forum/database at bodybuilding.com and got tips and stuff from there. Also adjusted my diet, very little junkfood and a lot of high protein foods like chicken, tuna, eggs and stuff. But the biggest thing that helped me was just making sure I stuck with it and kept going to the gym. Having a friend to go with makes it more fun too. My buddy and I help push each other to do better.AIM: Alientr8tr
1998 Camaro 3.8L
Flowmaster 80-series, !FRA, Eibach Springs, KYB AGX, SLP sway bars, 3.42/LSD, Wings West kit, Z06 Motorsports, Silverstone Metallic paint
Shift 5 - My Band

GNC suppliments wont help much, my friend works at GNC. He does body building and he does not buy anything from GNC except for a few vitamins.
He even admited that GNC was just pile of overpriced herbs and shakes that don't fully give you what you need to suppliment your body.
The best stuff at GNC is American Whey, everything else is garbage... NEVER BUY GNC BRAND PRODUCTS... they are horribly split up and cut down.
Well, I asked my friend what I would need to do for building muscle, he basically told me...
1.) Your body naturally will attain muscle if its in your genes. But even if its not you can develop alot of muscle with alot of work.
2.) Suppliments and working out will not always make you gain weight or muscle if your genes design you to be thin. Everyone is different, not everyones body absorbs the same ammount of minerals and vitamins. While your body absorbs iron easily, my body might not abosrb it as easily therefor i'll need a suppliment.
3.) Eating healthy is the best thing you can do.
Turkey sandwhiches, raw vegitables, fruits, non canned food, no fast food, just eat healthy food.
3 to 4 meals per day
Try to absorb more than 2500 calories per day! you must each this goal, this is the average for thin people with high metabolism.
60% of all the food average americans eat has empty calories. So stay away from cookies, and cakes and sweet, sugars.
eating properly will enable your body to be acustomed to taking in the vitamins it needs to grow.
Also do not overwork your muscles, talk to a local trainer and ask him to set you up a workout schedule.
Working out to much will not help you gain weight or muscles, it will slow the process greatly and you can even cause serious damage.

the only suppliment i take is Optimum nutritions Whey protein. double chocolate yummm..
I also drink a lot of water. lucky for me i guess i only work out 3 days a week and i see results fast. like stated above, everyone is different..
just remember that working out tears and rips your muscles. you must allow them to fully recover before doing so again. it can cause serious long term affects to you if you do nt allow them enough time to heal.96 Camaro M5. How much money you willing to spend is the question as well...
Take Nitro Tech along with Cell tech, and multivitamins, and eat a lot of meals. When taking both "Tech"'s, make sure you drink a lot of water. Also buy yourself some liquid Amino Acids.
Most of all...you gotta be consistent.Sinister Six

1998 Sport Metallic Gold Firebird A4:

Whisper Lid, 5% Limo Tint, 30th Anniversary Side Stripes, 3\" Borla Catback Dual Exhaust, Man Fan Switch, SLP CAI
http://members.cardomain.com/98goldbird

i'd say stay away from creatine.. even though i took it at a point. if you dont keep a healthy diet along with taking that, all cell tech will do is fill your muscles with water. creatine is also bad for your liver96 Camaro M5. also muscle tech..even though proven products...are way over priced.. when it comes to creatine, yea i'd take cell tech over any other given powder.. but nitro tech is a waste. stick with ON's whey protein. look at the ingredients..same ****. lower price for ON96 Camaro M5. Tyler...that's why I was asking him how much he was willing to spend. Creatine is actually ok for you, as long as you don't succeed the ammount that your body can handle. But like I said, if he's willing to fork out the couple hundred bucks, mix the two "Techs," stick at it, consistent diet, etc, and he'll be fine.
Oh, and don't expect to see results for 2 1/2 months are so. You could always do what Arnold Shwartsenagger did, eat a few pounds of meat a day. Most of lifting is psychological, which is why music and motivation is key. Some people like lifing with a friend, but I kinda don't, unless it's someone who's commited, otherwise, you get talking and distracted and what not.
Another trick someone told me to maintain a healthy diet....put a picture of a fat person on your fridge!
