    Ebay buyers

Ya know. Its happened again for like the 10th time.
Each time I tell myself I am gonna stop it for good.

I am so sick of people paying me what they think shipping should be. The auctions say clearly "do not pay me until you hear on shipping."

I keep saying I am gonna make it part of the auction. That if you pay me without hearing from me first. You will not receive your Virago guards and you will not get a refund.

Call it a stupid *** charge

Just to teach one luck sucker a lesson for not reading the whole auction.

I hate that so much. Geese. I give fair prices. As long as it covers my cost. I use USPS now as it saves them 20-30% And people want to pinch me for pennies.

It bad enough having Ebay and paypal pick my pockets.

    yikes

It would be like filling up a cast with $51.50 worth of stuff at Walmart. And then don't even let them ring it up. Just toss a 50 at the cashier and walk out. You wont get away with it.

Its kind of like that as they just decide and give/send me what they think it cost, without checking out.
Then I have to stop them at the door and demand more money.

They happily give me more n Paypal gets a double pay day.

Ok I am off my rant. Just don't do that to people anyone. I bet there is one or two early payers on here.

I state my shipping before hand. I usually get a dollar or two over, but that is fine cause I do have to get materials and go to the post office (time is more valuable than anything you could pay me).

        Works well that way.

But shipping varies so much. I like to keep it fair. It helps sell. Whole reason I switch to USPS as UPS wanted $15-17 to ship to Hawaii. Where its like $7-8
I do my best to keep shipping down low.

Though I still ship by UPS for Canada.

That's why I use a variable shipping chart divided into zones using zip codes. Zone 1 would be $8 which is the closest. Zone 8 would be $13 which would be addresses that are the farthest away (in the United States) from my location.
And why ship to Canada using UPS? There is no way that UPS is cheaper than USPS when shipping out of the country.

I work for UPS. I would avoid them... Especially if you ship to the midwest. I break stuff regularly. THose "fragile" stickers don't mean anything to us.

I used to work part time at UPS loading trucks.

Try telling the managers that the last box won't fit into the trailer 10 seconds before it has to leave. They will make it fit!

I actually saw one manager jump up-n-down on a box that was too small to fit. But when he was done, it did!

I can understand the slight man handeling of packages, but that would piss me off something wicked.

We could have a just UPS thread. I worked at UPS. Nothing is safe. You better package stuff for war.

if its food. Better label it bleach.
                          They will eat it.

Right before I started they lost the hickory farms account as everything got ate.

Your life would be so much easier if you found out how much shipping would be roughly in the US first, and increase it one or two dollars to cover in case it was a bit off...

I find that the shipping calculator is very helpful.
