Now FOX is giving this Paul Anderson a shot at the next aliens movie! OMG what a kick in the nuts for us alien fans, whats the next movie going to be called?

Aliens Vs. Predator Vs. Walmart.

That little happy face can kick *** in a Zorro costume.

Whoever wins, big savings.

Yea umm, movies are getting pretty ugly...

Bloodrayne - the movie is comming out, yea, i can't wait for this.

The game is based on a vampire that kills nazi's... now... um i might like to add, Who seriously wants to write a script for this movie?
How stupid! I mean WTF are people in the entertainment work thinking? Is this movie going to have 100+ matrix style effects too? And a story that makes no sense at all?

Just like Spawn, Spawn should of been the next big household superhero name, he should of been on lunch boxes and Shirts, but not... hollywood's one chance to make a great spawn movie and they ruin it with a story that just sucks so much balls i add to gargle with dentured alchohol to get the taste of my mouth after watching my favorite comic book character get his balls cut off on the big screen :(

There's still plenty of good rock out there, just none you'll find on the radio. The Von Bondies, The Strokes, The Start, Jet, Muse, and all sorts of bands are putting out quality music that no one hears about because they're not mainstream enough. They take a lot of cues from 60's and 70's rock, and overall it's pretty good.

You might recognize the Von Bondies "C'Mon C'Mon" from some new Chevy ads, but they're relatively unknown. I saw them for 5 dollars at a concert hall on campus in September.

You just have to go underground to get the good stuff. Start checking out your local clubs/bars that have local bands playing. There's a ton of really good stuff if you support your local guys that are still playing for music. I'm a big supporter of local music, partly because I'm in a band, but I like the different styles too. I've seen a few bands go all the way and now have national selling records too. So check out your local scene.

for those who miss some of the 80's stuff try this link

or
http://www.hardrockin80s.com
they play a little more obscure stuff on that one but I feel their stream is more stable and have a better selection of music.

i too think rock isnt what it used to be. i used to be the biggest metallica and nirvana fan, that all i listined to growing up ( well, im only 14 but u get my point ) but now, after metallica's newest cd :( came out ( i listined to the hole cd 2 twice and tossed it in the trash) now i find my-self listing to Anti-Flag and The Used. both good bands.i've gotten very interested in politics and everything now.i cant stand rap. theres way too many wiggers where i live, cant stand them

If you guys like all those hardcore bands that were great in the 80's and 90's, I suggest you get Fuse. They play nothing but music on that channel. No reality shows or 10 min. of misc videos. That channel totally kicks MTV and VH1's *** all over the place.

lol... this is why i dont listen to the radio. I always play cds of stuff that isnt really popular but still sounds great-- Dream Theater, Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Opeth, Type O Negative... I do like certain songs on the radio but there arent too many. I really dont go for trendy music either.

Can we in some way compare rock music cars? Great in the '60s and '70s, started to decline in the mid '70s, increased again a little bit in the early '90s, and now, well in my opinion, it sucks, as do most new cars coming out. And also, with the early/mid '90s, we can compare rap to ricers, "infecting" the culture.

LMAO, well since most rap these days is just stupid lyrics that have no meaning and bad rhythm, and bolting 4000$ worth of parts onto your 18 second honda civic is stupidity. I guess there is some connection.... alot of stupid people

Most rice boys listen to rap. Rap music is becomming a fad, Ricers are just a trend right now, The whole modifying 120 horsepower import cars used to be a serious thing. It was about how neato you can make your car.

But now that they turned it into a "you must do this to be cool" type of thing, its become a trend.

People that are not even interested in how cars work are trying to mod them to be cool, which is hillarious, because how can you work on soemthing you don't know?

You can blame the import magazines for this, promoting false information and misleading the readers into thinking they too at the age of 16 can buy a civic and turn it into a $40,000 dollar drag racing experiment. And all you need to do is buy nitrous and bolt ons and your set!

If you notice in most of these mags they hardly ever have tutorials on how to do basic projects, its usually some part they are trying to sell you and they show you how to install it.

And v8 owners are sometimes a bit big headed too, thinking their stock ls1 or lt1 or l98, ford 302 is the greatest gift in the world, but its not.

But then again I find out many people do not take the time and read technical data, they rather just look at pictures and captions that say "500 horsepower, brand name this brand name that, you must by this..."

It's one big marketing scheme!

Yeah, Breaking Benjamin is kickass, along with Velvet Revolver and Shinedown. Heres a list of CDs I usually play...

Slipknot (older stuff, newer album isn't too great)
3 Days Grace
Breaking Benjamin
Coal Chamber
HIM (Swedish band)
Killswitch Engage
Korn (older stuff)
Nirvana
Nonpoint
Ra (Australian band)
Skindred
The Used
Tool
Velvet Revolver

There are still many great bands out there, some have just gotten worse with their newer albums. I don't listen to as much rock as I do metal, but there are still many kickass groups.
