A lot of my girlfriends have Versace and Louis Vuitton purses, and they are in high school.

I saw one girl break down and cry when her strap broke...I chuckled for a second and realized that her purse being broken is the equivalent of getting hit in your car.
So are you saying a pink purse really does match my tan boots? LOL

hehe just get the fakes, I am sure all the girls in school have fakes...

Know whats funny the good fakes form like new york are still like $50. I have chick friends that get them and want them.

BTW, I went into a Gucci store one and saw a dress hanging on the wall it looks like someone bought white walmart drapes, then gave it to a football player in highschool who was taking home ec for the easy A, and he made a dress for his semester project. It had lose threads and crap, and cost freaking $1,200!!!

Unless of course you've never done that, then you can share some person who did want it and you said "F YOU *****!" and didn't buy her anything.

or whatever.

I don't care. :D

I guess he buys Versace all the time. I, on the other hand, do not. Just like I don't buy an over-priced SUV when another one can do the same job...if that's a well-thought out analogy; take it as you will. ;)

And instead of this turning into a flame war due to someone being an asshat, I agree over-priced stuff stinks when you have to pay full price. Unfortunately, that's life. Luckily, quality comes with price as well. You don't want your girl's handbag to fall apart when you're out with her one night. Blue-light special handbags don't make girls warm inside. Take that as you will, too. ;)

eat a **** bro.

Someone mispells Chevrolet, camaro or something and you'd be down their throats - I was merely correcting someone who was talking about how to spell something and subsequently misspelled it.
Sorry I drive a nice car - I happen to like it. If you dont, I'll take you to the airport in a rental car - I wont make you ride in it.
What I buy isnt your buisness, is it? no.

Have a good day.

Oh yeah, buy coach - its classy, refined and projects some bit of status. Going w/ LV or something that ritzy is too flashy, IMO. The girl may not realize it but thats sorta how its viewed in my experience.

However, spending that much money on a girl when youre a student also sends a message... it can be a different message depending on what kind of situation youre in... thats something to think about.

I've actually managed my money well this quarter and had extra to spend, so she was the first one that came to mind
Plus, Christmas is going on the credit card this year, so I'll make payments on whatever I spend for a couple months. I just paid it off 2 months ago, so I need something else on it to keep building my credit :D

But yeah, if circumstances were different, you would be making a very valid point hehe.
You can't buy Coach in Tulare either, so she'll probably be the only one with it, unless some girl ordered one online.

Nah, see, when you live in the middle of nowhere.... you can't drive anywhere close to get nice stuff LOL

I think Los Angeles would be the closest place to buy something nice, and that is a few hours from Tulare.

You end up paying for it one way or another: time spent with her, listening to BS problems, taking flak for no apparent reason.

Hell, a purse just seems more economical. You have much to learn about being a player ;)
