They said the guy was on the ground and removed the scoop before shooting. Actually they seam to know allot what happened when the first two guys got killed, even though 5 out of 8 were dead by time they got there.

And they say the reason the others kept going out there and getting shot is they had no idea its was a guy shotting at them.

The details are so confused.

seams like to many blank are being filled when supposedly the others who got shot didn't know anything. it why they kept going out and getting plugged.

I bet it ends up like the basket ball thing. The guy gets down, takes off his scope and goes to walk away. One of the two guys throws out an insult and the dude snaps. [ goes into a war flash back] Several reporters on the first day hinted that there is small groups of Asians in that county or what ever and there is racial tension.

And my prediction comes true. The guy is still not charged for anything as he says they yelled racial slurs and shot first.
