So what do you do if you IM someone and they do not answer?

Jsut wondering waht you guys do...

I have my AIM posted on a bunch of boards... Usually in my sig, I try and help people when I can, I don't know everything but either try and help them or direct them to help.

But say the person doesn't answer... do you keep iming them,

When you send an message they get it, maybe they are doing something kind of important and cannot answer you. Or hell maybe they are not even at the computer or its even someone else using the computer.

I send one message... then move on to other things lol. I hate coming back to my comp with someone *****ing at me because I forgot to put up an away message and they think they're special lol.

I know I forget my away message, I leave my computer on 24/7 so people can leave messages, or in this case, was watching a decently important event live feed on the internet and was chatting with family members about this event.

That doesnt bother me, what really bothers me is when you text someone on your phone and they dont reply, that bugs the **** outta me.
