• I'm wasting away!

Went cloth shopping yet again today!!!

Back in January.... 227 pounds, size 38 pants, size XL t shirt

Today... 181 pounds, size 32 pants, size M-L t shirt

Even in high school I wasn't a size 32 pants?!?!?!

    I'm happy

    Mostly due to diet change.

Went to the gym for about 2 -3 months.... stopped 2 months ago due to busy work/ life schedule

congrats james. you, me, and stefan (even though he quit) are living proof that atkins works and isn't harmful (along with many people on www.atkinsdietbulletinboards.com ...there recently was a thread "how much weight have we all lost" and for the active members that replied we ended up with a total of 3315 pounds, that thread had 74 replies and around 69 individuals replied (some people posted multiple times)). Back in january i was 295 46 (amost 48) size pants, XXL shirts. i'm now 205-210 size 36 pants (want to be 32-34), Large shirts. Right now my goal is 195, but i think i might have to lower it to like 180-185. Excercise is good and important .

So anyway, congrats again james <passes james a low carb alcoholic drink> :D

You guys should watch the "The Biggest Loser." Pretty good show, though losing 17-22 pounds a week is not something I consider a healhy lost of weight but nontheless a pretty inspiring show for people trying to lose weight.

No Atkin's diet or exotic supplements there. They do eat healthy amount of carbs, chicken breast, egg white, fish, vegetable, and fruits. They do alot of cardio workouts too. I'm not a big fan of reality show but this one is Good, check it out.
