• Insurance is fun

Well me and the wife we talking and instead of getting a new daily driver in feb/march im gonna keep the camaro for a daily driver and get something else for a weekend cruiser, Of course you know its going to be a gto or used porsche. I was just playing around with qoutes and its funny how the difference is, I love to be married-

qoute 1 is for me right now, married with kids for a 01 porsche carrera

Charles, your
6 month COLONIAL CTY-GI rate is:
$821.94
You can start your policy for as little as $100.

Now below is the same policy if i wasnt married with kids for a 01 porsche carrera

Charles, your
6 month COLONIAL CTY-GI rate is:
$5367.10
You can start your policy for as little as $1595.50.

So married its $136.99 a month
Not married its $894.51 a month

Yeehaw

Oh yeah- i checked my rate for the cars i have now with if i wasnt married, it went from $201 a month to $796. So the 3 cars i have now are still less than a porsche if i was by myself. Porsches are scary

Think you just convinced me to propse to my girlfriend...

Man insurance is a scam and a half... like $15,000 has been spent in insurance in my name over the years, and I have never had 1 FREAKING CLAIM!

Ha, ironic. I called my gf and told me to marry her because I want my insurance lower.

Me - "Will you marry me?"
Her - "Sure. And if you talk to anyone at my work, we are married and we have a kid."
Me - "What!?!"

I guess she alread thought of this. She's sneaky like me.

i used to HATE insurance. mainly because it rapes me in the ***... no lube...

but after having it for 6 months now, and getting in an accident, my rates DROPPED. they should have skyrocketed when a 16 year old wrecked a sports car, but it dropped a couple hundred per every six months. oh well. i love it. :D

the best part: my insurance drops $120 per term (6 months) by ADDING a full size '95 chevy pickup.

lol propose to some chick to marry just to lower insurance

her insurance goes down, your insurance goes down, everyone's happy

the only problem is when you'll want to marry for real...

then she'll want half of what you have...

hmm...

come to think of it I won't marry

It's pretty much the same here in the UK too.
Insurance prices reduce when you're married.

Now all I got to do is find me a wife!
