Um let's see, you were pulled over for speeding but then the police ran your plates and license only to find out that you had a 10.00 seatbelt ticket that you forgot about a half year ago. You spend 4 hours in jail and end up paying over 300.00 bucks to get out of jail and court costs. Maybe that will work Shane.

for the newbies to the american workforce, pto is paid time off. a combination of sick/vacation time. companies say this is good for employees since they dont need to justify using sick leave, however it lets them keep debt to employees (owed vacation pay) low by forcing you to use this resource instead of sick days.
