Actually did this morning

We have had a dryspell recently, both of us working extra hours at work making up for hours lost do to hurricane closers, we both been sick, she still is a little, think it was the flu, and its around the time for the first tests of the semester.

Hey guys I wasn't going to cheat, I would NEVER cheat on my girl I know it would hurt her and I do not want to hurt my girlfriend. This is sort of a hypothetical statement, kind of like what "If I ran from the police, could I get away, coudl I avoid the pit maneuver" I was drunk and horny last night.

Isn't the engagement ring what signifies that you want to spend the rest of your life with that person and only that person? In my opinion, if there is no engagement ring you should be able to fool around (both men or women). Too bad this will never be socially acceptable.
This is kind of what I was getting at... I see cheating as more of sharing feelings then just the actual sex.

Now if it was socially acceptable to sleep around, then she woudl not be upset, because she would view it as, hey, went and hung out with a friend. Nothing relationshipish.

So not true - i don't think it has anything to do with socially acceptable - it has to do with the feelings of betrayal and hurt - and the fact that people in general hate to be lied to - the feeling of humiliation that goes along with it is even worse - and then to add insult to injury, you wonder what the hell is wrong with me?

I also don't agree that men are hornier than women - in this case, i would agree that socially acceptable behavior impacts that - if a guy sleeps with 3 different women in a week, he's a player and gets respect - if a woman did it, she'd be a slut and outcast. So women have to be pickier about who they sleep with, and to be perfectly honest, have to make sure they think the guy will be good enough to bother sleeping with repeatedly so not only do we have to be picky, we also have to be sexually psychic
... blonde moments happen to the best of us...

Hehe I won't argue that a woman is just as horny as a man, My thoughts are about cheating being socially acceptable is those thoughts of humiliation, betrayal, and lies, won't exist.

Who will be humiliated? If your boyfriend goes to a football game with guys from work? If it cheating was socially acceptable it may to a point be the same as sleeping around.

Who woudl be betrayed and lied to? If it was socially acceptable, men woudln't hide it, they wouldn't betray because in the eyes of all parties involved, b/f, g/f, and person cheating with woudl not think anything was wrong.

Then no one would feel humiliated, betrayed ro lied to.

Am I the only guy who wouldn't want that? Maybe if it was with a girl you didn't really care too much about, but then why would you be dating her in the first place?

What the hell. I have to see this crap on two messageboards. Please at least change a few words so that posts are a little different. You even had the same spelling errors! No more copy and paste!

BTW my roommate said "Maybe he wants to be a gigolo."

hehe I copy/pasted it, I get 2 points of view from the 2 sites. As for spelling errors, I fixed one in the title of this one opposed to the last one.

just a drunk thought last night.
