Alright, I'm about to go into hiding/start studying until after the storm, but just wanted to tell all Florida/Potentially East Coast residents good luck on the storm. Protect your family and your belongings, and if you own a store, beware of looters.
So far, it's looking like it's not going to go too far north, and hit miami. I'm being evacuated from Miami Beach right now.
Good Luck

If I was not married, with kids and a house, maybe I'd be here (story from CBS Miami& Orlando):
"Nearly every Cocoa Beach business is closed including the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. Except for the strip clubs that is.
Inside the Cabaret Lido, a windowless, stucco facade with a pink awning, a stripper twirled in a circle around a pole while a half-dozen men watched. The manager would not comment or explain why she decided to keep the club open.
The sign outside read, ``Frances, Please Go Easy. We Are Open All Day.''
About a quarter-mile down coastal Highway A1A, Cheaters Gentleman's Club, also remained for business.
Inside, the Doors' ``Love Her Madly'' was booming on the sound system, while a dancer wearing a G-string strutted on stage while another flirted with a customer. Manager Karen Manion said all the employees arrived on time.
``We're staying open until we're told to close,'' said Manion. ``We'll stay open as long as people want to walk through the door. As far as I'm concerned, it's sunny and bright out there.''
The sign outside read: ``No Storm Rains on Our Parties.''"
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

my house is only 2 years old and built to hurricane standards so i think i will be fine. our house took charley so well, we didn't realize the destruction was so bad all over town until we went driving the next day. by the time it hits here they're predicting it to weaken a lot, but the worse part is that it is moving so slow. we are going to get a lot of rain this time and have the wind beating on us a lot longer than charley. good luck to my fellow floridians. i'm expecting power to go out again, so i'll be back whenever i get power again.

hey predator, did you have you house insoected after the hurricane. i only ask cause you might of had some slight unknown damage causing a weak point for frances to take advantage of
I don't understand why some people over there are willing to stick it out and face it.
I was listening to this talk radio and this lady was talking about staying where she is. I didn't get the idea of that. I'm sure she can't hold that house together.
Stage 5 is a serious storm. I felt the 150 mph wind with the artificial wind from a turbine and let me tell you that blew my tug and myself down to the ground.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
