and justice is served. Kinda reminds me of the time I opened my window at 2 a and someone was stealing my dads truck, he chased three guys down the street with a bat in his jockeys and no shirt. This time it seems they actually got em, good for those guys.

The will probably lose a lawsuit. You have the right to use necessary force to protect yourself and your property. Beating someone almost to death goes beyond necessary force.
I am really surprised they were not arrested. I don't care how cool your "camero" is, its not worth someones life, or close to it.

We also dont know the circumstances as to why he was beaten so bad. perhaps instead of trying to flea and getting pummeled and left helpless, perhaps he woudlnt quit.
I dont think the guy should have been beaten nearly to death, but then again the article doesnt specify what happened. To be beaten nearly to death, the article says nothing about the fight. Did he have a weapon, did he attack them. Nothing, you guys are speculating that they went overboard (depending on the guys strength) that could have taken just a few well placed punches.
The cops didnt arrest them, and there must have been a good reason. Cops dont just shrug off assault. There must have been circumstances not included in the article.
You never know, one good punch could have done it.
