my V8 drag times...since it's a V8 = lounge?

Finally took the replacement for my V6 out today, after having it since june. Mods are lid/filter/g2 maf/flowmaster exhaust...

1 13.03, 4 13.1x's, all at 107.xx mph...

and the best of the day
60' 1.979
1/8 8.406 @ 85.33
1/4 12.98 @ 107.59

I wasn't too disappointed...except for the fact that i couldn't cut a good 60' on new drag radials...

my last run i missed second gear, still ran 13.6 @ 104 [img]tongue.gif[/img] Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

those 40 series flow pretty good for a muffler. if your worried about flow, im pretty sure you know that you should get a cutout

I had a flowmaster system on my V6 and ran a 14.6 with minimal mods...minimal mods on the LS1 and it runs 12's thru a flowmaster???

I went 12.70 with a Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-Back ;) . I also have longtubes and suspension mods though.

There are better exhaust systems..but Flowmaster can hold it's own. As mentioned, if you're serious about running a number, you won't even be using the exhaust.

I almost want to unhook mine for some weight reduction, but my tips are too seXy.
