  • shipping a hood. ?'s!

Anyone here ever shipped a hood? Who
did you use, i have called several
places, saying it's too big to ship,
ground. It can be shipped freight,
but it costs an arm and a leg, anyone
have a company they know of ? or used?

dimensions are 60x51x5 45lbs and it is
    just too big

I know when I checked on shipping a hood, it was expensive because it was a bulk item. I think they wanted like $170 or so (several months ago). That was a shipping place. I ended up selling it locally instead.

          The answer.
          Greyhound bus service, Period.

wow who would have thought greyhound would ship packages.. that large even.
UPS, DHL, Fed Ex were all between 4-5 hundred dollars, and would take several days to ship.
Greyhound bus service was 60-65 dollars, and takes an estimated time of 1 day, 4 hrs, 17 minutes.
          just wow.

just in case any of you want to ship large items later www.shipgreyhound.com
