My whole arm was swollen and black... its a miracle I lived.

And yes I killed it. But I had to get some TP from the bathroom to kill it right after my roommate dropped a bomb in there Girls don't poop roses :(

And Nachius... that is THE BIGGEST spider god ever created LOL That thing was like a small puppy!

we get black widows in my dads shop all the time. IF you let them stay long enough they will make huge webs. They're fun to mess with too. I like putting those big ants in their webs and watching them come out and spin them up and eat them. This summer we found a black widow and there was a little gecko in the web, it was pretty crazy.

That booger right there was waaaaay too fast for my comfort. It was about 3" across, so it wasn't huge, but dang if I was gonna let it live in my room.

meh- it looks like a wolf spider. When I lived in Florida, we'd let those guys into our house. They get along with humans fine, and eat the bugs and other things that aren't suppost to be in the house

I'm not really sure I care what kind of spider it is as long as it ends up dead.

In case any of you feel the need to have fun while killing a spider, just grab your vacuum, connect the hose to it, and then slowly draw it near the spider. Man, just imagine the look on its face!

Another thing, my brother and I killed a HUGE BROWN spider while it was in its web. How? We both got a can of Axe Body Spray and a lighter. I came from one side of the spider, he came from the other. That thing had NO chance!

I read that it was 8 spiders in their life, not per year. I could be wrong. I don't care.
