So, basically - company representatives have not torn up forms in front of her nor has she heard directly of this ocurring. That does not mean that company representatives have no done it.
Or maybe since youre in Washington, a slightly more reasonable group is running the show - perhaps things are different in NV?Comment

Also, the article says that Voters Outreach of America is the same as America Votes... I doubt America Votes would either encourage GOP voting or rip up Dem registrations... its sponsered by a ton of liberal groups.
Does your wife work for America Votes? and if so... does it actually encourage GOP registration?

This company is the one in the story and it is in Oregon. It encourages GOP registration by going to areas that are highly republican. The company has changed how it handles forms since they have been accused in the past exactly like the article. Now every worker that collects voter registration cards turn them in to the government.
