almost got rammed

i was driving to an athletic banquet (i'm still in high school) and i was turning to go and park in the parking lot and out of nowhere, this dude in a mustang come barrelling down the parking lane. our cars rubbed, my front bumper ran down teh side of his car. we both got lucky though cause i hit the brakes just in time that no damage was done to either car. scared teh freaking crap outa me though...my heart was pounding and my legs were shaking for about 30 minutes cause if my car gets hit, its gone more than likely. close one.

Damn dude that sucks :( You sure that you have no damage though?? not even paint? I can't imagine two bumpers rubbing and not scratch the surfaces.

yeah i know thats what i thought too...i figured my front bumper would be screwed but i got out and checked right after it happened and all i had was a minor scuff on the tip of the front bumper that can easily be buffed out. the guy that raced in front of me had no rear bumper so that may have saved both our cars. i was so happy my car wasn't screwed up but so pissed at the same time. he drives like that everywhere he goes. after we both got out and checked our cars, he even took off squalling his tires out of the parking lot and flew off.

the very very tip of my car rubbed against the side of his...didn't hit it...just kinda grazed it. the only thing that happened to either car was a little rub mark that will probably buff right out.
