Test drove a 05 stang v6 5sp today. really unimpressed. nto a whole lotta get up and go, absolutely hate the shifter. 2/4 is teh location of neutral on any other car. gorgeous car, but do not like how it drives, sits, or the overall impression. ive driven a few stangs before, 2 v6 manuals, i gt auto, gt stick, and a cobra. so im not biased towards teh stangs:)

I thought the car looked absolutely awesome...until I saw that ungodly shifter! Peeeuke! What the F was ford thinking??? Anyways, the extravagance wore off already, and now it just looks like every other new car on the road. Kinda lost it's "bling" like the Prowler and PT Cruiser...for me anyway.sigpic

The cars are ok but the more and more i look at them i just don't like. They look like a wooden block to me for some reason. Plus i don't know what you guys are saying about slow, i saw a v6 m6 bone stock lay it down on 4 v6 f-bodys the other night. THey had mods too, thats the funny part. Then i raced the stang and it gave up a better fight then my friends b-body. Still over pretty quick though. Plus the driver was a hot chick that i know hehehe.Old 2003 gt, Pullies, k&n air filter, tb and spacer, off road xpipe, catback exhaust accufab plenum, volant cai. quadrant clutch, cable, firewall adjuster, predator programmer and 180 thermo with 255/40/17 nittos on the back
