Me and my friend was riding in his stang and we was behind a car that was going pretty slow. So when he get to the broken yellow line he floors it to go around them. then about that time a car comes flying around the corner and we are on his side of the road. We missed the car we was passing by about 2 feet. Man i will never ride with him again. Then he got worried about the car calling the cops on him?

Unless the person in "auhrority" witnessed the incident, cops can't do anything.

oh, man if you could just give the police the persons liscen plate number and they would find them. I could have so many people in trouble.

Some jackass in VA beach called in my plates for street racing. I got pulled over a few blocks later.
THey couldn't bust me for racing since they didn't see it, but while they had me they made sure they wrote me a ticket for something.
