this girl in autos class brought in her grand am and it was a 3.4 liter. the problem was she thought her belt was sqeaking so they popped the hood and revved it. it sounds completely different than my 3.4. Does my camaro have a different cam in it than a grand am or is it the same set up????????

the block is the same but the top end is diffrent. check the general tech section on a thread going on about swapping to the top end of the motor.
