Yah, from what I've heard everyone is getting crap just because it's a sports car. Great job on getting a lawyer, hopefully he'll straighten everything out. I'd rather go down swinging than get screwed doing nothing.
There is fast, too fast, and way too fast. Way too fast is almost fast enough.

            airbags are so damn expensive,...
if you do get the car fixed.. you could possibly
buy a steering wheel with an airbag off of one of the camaro's bein parted out in the for sale section

I got a careless and reckless ticket from a cop who didn't see anything. Thats going to get thrown out, because careless and reckless constitutes driving in a way that is careless of other peoples property and safety, and as my parents pointed out (both police officers) I was the only car in both lanes of traffic. She got a driving without a drivers license ticket.

I'm going to go in there swinging, and I personally think I have an extremely good case. The woman pulled out in front of me, then when I honked my horn she BRAKED, of all things. Now I'm going to go in there saying that a person with proper training, the training obtained by getting a drivers license would have prevented this accident.. so hopefully I'll be able to get something of equal value out of this.

The female EMT wasn't as hot as she looked in the pic, she was kinda busted in the face.

I'm defiently going to be buying it back, so the engine and tranny might be for sale soon. 96k ran flawlessly.

If they total it I'm going to see if anythings bent or damaged frame wise, because looking at the damage in person it really only looks cosmetic to a certain extent.

I should of been smart and not driven it. The first nice day in awhile I took it out and tried to go for some topless cruising. I got about a mile from my house.

I've been rearended twice in my car, and you couldn't tell. Didn't even crack anything. Granted they weren't above 15mph but still. Our cars can handle some hits and keep on ticking.
