I bought it from a VERY old couple. He had 30+- days to live so wanted to sell in a hurry and spend his last days w/ his family.

They had let every aspect of the house go, it was absolutely disgusting and dirty. They both were nasty smokers.

They were dirty son of a b*tches.

But, it was cheap, close to work, has 2 driveways and a great starter house for me n the woman.

That pic w/ the drill.... was shortly after I healed after the face burning incident.... and I actually tried to bang that in w/ the drill like that but realized I was about to impale myself w/ it!

Oh.... and the bathroom is a nightmare! Toilet had to go first weekend in the house!
