The cylinders incorporate steel liners, machined for stainless steel o-rings and head gasket (P/N 88958614). This block has a 3.400 inch bore and 8.700 inch deck height. With the bedplate installed the block weighs approximately 69 lbs.

88958634 High Performance Piston, Ring, and Pin Set
Designed as a direct replacement for your stock ECOTEC piston, these parts can withstand extreme horsepower levels. The top compression ring has been lowered slightly to help the ring and land survive in a high output engine, especially those using nitrous and superchargers. These pistons are used with the stock bore diameter and the floating pins are stock diameter.

88958635 Racing Piston and Pin Set

Total Seal Ring set (P/N 466502001) is what the GM Racing team uses for turbo applications.

This fabricated aluminum intake manifold accepts a 75 mm LS1 throttle body.

This connecting rod set is designed for use with the racing piston (P/N 88958635) and billet crankshaft (P/N 88958620). These rods are billet machined from 4350 steel. Length is 5.888 inches. Rod bearing diameter is 1.888 inches. Floating piston pin diameter is .829 inches.

Sorry James, but SRT4 is butt ugly. It has no flow in it's design.

Cobalt SS, saw a yellow one the other day with a low spoiler on the back. That thing is nice.

Yeah, he posted on clubgp about 2 weeks ago and his car dynoed 230fwhp completly stock. He claims that some have dynoed around 240 stock. I'm impressed by that 2.0l [img]smile.gif[/img]
