If it was firebird I would shadow him back to his car and write down his liscence plate # or strangle him from behind later on. Only reason I wouldnt do him in in the parking garage is b/c he'd probably be armed with something sharp if he was slashing my tires and maybe something worse so I wouldnt tackle him straight on.

call the police and tell them there is an armed my trying to break into my car then get tag number in case he bails, police will come arrest him and hopefully but his *** in jail. while he is playing butt-darts with bubba the aids rapists i would go find his car and key it, slash the tires, pour sugar in the gas tank, put a small co2 cartidge in his muffler, break out all the windows, put a dead and decaying fish and shrimp parts in the car.
