Id beat the **** out of him, if i was off that night or the next day id make sure he was out and drive a good hour away and drop him in the middle of nowhere and make him walk home hurt and bleeding, then id call my insurance and file the claim.

I would have to say that I would beat him to a pulp and then call the police. I might as well get all my agression out now before I become a police officer because I can't go around beating the s*it out of criminals while on duty...saddly enough those bastards have rights too.
