also, shouldn't your alarm have gone off (assuming you had one) when the hatch was opened? or did they just take the stuff reaching through the broken window? i know that it would be hard as hell to take my system by just reaching through the window and not opening the hatch.

my Camaro was ultra sensitive when it came to the alarm. If you did that to the glass it would have went of in a heart beat. My shock sensor was in the back passengers 1/4 panel. That does suck though. I've never had any of my cas broke into but if i did and caught them there would be hell to pay.

i had a 6 disc changer stolen out of my trunk. they took everything except for the part that turns it on. they just unplugged it and rolled it up on the front seat. they got about 200 cds of mine too.

man they didnt stop at the sound system they had to even go for the tools too!..@ssholes! ..time for a viper security system with motion sensors..thats what i have and no ones bothered my car..the stock one wont do sh*t if they smash the window..they could smash the whole damn car..it only goes off if they pop the locks

This is true. They smashed my T-top when I first got the car and the alarm didn't go off.
