OK so I almost went to jail for life.

This drop dead knock out gorgeous girl started chatting to me on myspace.com then I added her to yahoo. profiles on my space says 18, yahoo says 17, not real worried.

had several long talks about all kind of things. Then out of the blue she sys, I'm only 12. ???????????? WTF 12, ohhhh no. Not going to jail over a 12 year old. No matter how cute. She don't look 12. of course I cut her off there, said, find me when your legal, n deleted her. But geese. Either a poor lonely girl or some police scam sting. But falsely pretending to be 18, then springing 12 on someone should be illegal. in any court. Of course I ratted her out to the site owners, her profile should be deleted. Its an 18+ only site.

but really, its a sad story. the girl is half Pakistani and she did say, boy her age just arnt interested. They want blond, all American girls. It kind of downs on me now some of the things she said. I doubt you would have had any jail time. The only way someone is going to press any charges is if you found that girl and had any physical contact with her. Otherwise there is no legit way to prosecute you because those sites are not that secure and if someone wanted to they could get on your account and do whatever, talk to whoever so in other words they can't prove it was you talking to this girl.

Probably so, and that sh*t should be illegal. When cops do things like that, they are breaking the law and should be the first mother f*ckers to go to jail. You can't uphold the law by breaking it. But then again, I'm not a big fan of law enforcement because they break more laws than I do :D
