it's neither. it's an engine with a seat.....but since that wasn't an option, i'll say a bike.
the actual top speed is about 300 MPH. they figured that out by calculating how fast the Viper would be going at redline in 6th gear, which would be 298 MPH. the viper is electronically limited to 186 MPH though, the bike isn't. they haven't found anyone crazy enough to test the top speed of the thing yet. i sure as hell wouldn't want to...i'll stick to my nice enclosed car.
