it's neither. it's an engine with a seat.....but since that wasn't an option, i'll say a bike.

the actual top speed is about 300 MPH. they figured that out by calculating how fast the Viper would be going at redline in 6th gear, which would be 298 MPH. the viper is electronically limited to 186 MPH though, the bike isn't. they haven't found anyone crazy enough to test the top speed of the thing yet. i sure as hell wouldn't want to...i'll stick to my nice enclosed car.

i thought about the three wheeled bikes but my thinking was that all four wheels are independent.

Yeah, bike, and as for argument about "motor was made for a car", so were the small block V8s you see put on custom frames. haha. Theres a 405 horsepower V8 motorcycle with a bored and stroked small block at 402 cubic inches up here...
