mabey he was on a run. most departments, only the first responding officer uses lights and sirens, so if he was backup he may have just driven in a hurry.

Have you talked to a lawyer or perhaps the prosecuting attorney's office about it?
Maybe if you do some footwork before the court date, you may find that they might just throw it out or reduce the ticket to a non-moving violation?
Anything would be better than getting another speeding ticket, wouldn't it?

It isn't even a moving violation it is just a $35 ticket I've debated on calling the courts on it. I just think it was a BS ticket considering that we were in the middle of BFE colorado and he was a real *** about it.
