Dodge Magnum commercial

What is the silver car in that Magnum commercial where the guy in the red Magnum is racing a silver sports car? From some angles, it looks like an NSX, but not from others.

That "sports car" was a fiero-based rebody. Slow.

I'd smack that Magnum up and down the street. Looks kinda cool, but shame on Dodge for stereotyping. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I too want to find out what that silver car is. The most boringist car commercial is when the gto stops at stop light. Goes green he doesnt go. Then when it turns red another car comes up beside him. Be better if they showed the race.

I thought it was a Lotus Espirit too, but I didnt really pay attention. I didnt look for details, just assumed.
