Well today around 12 pm..Got out of my last class and was walking to my car.The sidewalk was of coarse not shovled anywhere on campus and as im walking about to get on the parking lot i half way step on the curb..(not knowing it was there cause of snow) and landed the middle of my back right onto the curb.Man thank god no one was around but it was extremely painful.even now sitting here it hurts down through my back and neck..this sucks
actually you can..but first you'd have to see a doctor..you'd need documented proof that there will be permenent damage..or at least enough to justify a pain & suffering law suit..i only know because i raced downhill mountain bikes when i was 15 ..the Cannondale Super V carbon 700 Missy sig edition was my weapon of choice hehe..anyways one time i hit a water bar at 45mph and shattered my wrist and had a grade 3 a/c seperation in my shoulder..we found out 7 years later that you had to be 18 to race there and no one ever checked me..by then the statute of limitations had passed for me to sue..but i woulda got a SH*T LOAD..hopefully its nothing serious and you still get dough lol..if you get millions..send some my way? haha [img]smile.gif[/img]

Sue.. I don't know.. but from what I've gone through.. I would go to your doc and talk with him about an MRI. If it hurts to sit, that is an issue of back problems. You don't want to wait... you can fix with PT or Epidurals but last is surgery and that is NOT fun... and yes.. that is my old and wise wisdom.
