UGLY!
Under the hood is a turbocharged 2.2-liter version of GM's Ecotec four-cylinder engine and it's hooked up to a five-speed automatic transmission. The engine is good for more than 200 horsepower and the automatic can be shifted via Tap Shift paddles to enhance the driving experience.

I like it... the front looks good, the back looks a little crossfire-ish, but over all I like it.
I don't see what the problem is with it?

Well I've been looking for a light RWD, turbo, hatchback that is less than $25,000. Is there anyone else stepping up to the plate? Import drag racers have taken the ecotech to very high hp numbers.Comment

Ecotec = GM and GM only. GM has put the Ecotec to VERY high numbers, yes.
Sport compact racers, yup, them too..
Vauxhaul owners? Yup, thats where the Ecotec was originally tested in a rear/mid engine rear drive sports car ;) GM has hundreds of millions of dollars in to developing that engine platform.Mustangs.. Come to the darkside...<br /><br />The dark side is the path to the shadow of greed. =DComment

I’m new. I actually don’t own a Camaro or firebird. I do have a 2000 Camaro 3.8 fly by throttle and 4l60e. This is installed in a 1980 Triumph TR7...2 weeks ago -
