exactly.

they story from that report isn't all true. the kid's g/f said he was "trying to stop a fight" and that he was "pretecting the cop." he was obviously attacking the undercover cop, thats why he got shot. of course his g/f is going to cover for him. also he was shot in the stomach, not in the leg.

Did the cop have the rubber bullets, or actual rounds? Getting shot in the stomach at point blank is not exactly a picnic with the rubber rounds, but I can't see him being severely injured by them either.

Of course the girlfriend is going to lie, it's to be expected from people in society today. Sad but true. And the real story dies with the undercover cop. Mistakes were made by all parties, and I just can't help but wonder if they made the right choice over some underage drinking. It really isn't that serious.

Why didn't the undercover cop have a taser? Sheesh, that could have ended the chase AND avoided the undercover from being killed. Sad.

ok this is going to sound silly, but what exactly is "tailgating"? I heard the term before, but I never caught on. It was a while ago I was in college, and I wasn't a big football fan anyways.

tail gating is hanging around the parking lot before a sports event drinking beer, grilling out and socializing with other fans. Though I've never tailgated before I've seen it plenty of times, I pass the Milwaukee Brewer stadium every day going to and from school.

The kid who ran is at fault. They should find him and charge him with murder IMO. I feel bad for both cops. One's dead, and one's gotta live with the fact that he killed a fellow cop. Sad situation. And dont bash the uniformed cop for shooting so rapidly. Someone has a gun, shoots in the air and then shoots someone in the stomach, and you expect the uniformed cop to wait for more information first? Give me a break, he did what he was trained to do. He felt his life was in danger and he acted upon that. The undercover cop should have made it more clear that he was a cop, but he is not at fault. Once again, find the kid that ran, hang em.
