I think, think they show up for an interview pretending this is the next stage before your picked. They get the guy distracted so X can check out the car n **** without being noticed and then they find out its not just a pre interview.
That is what I think.
But id still like to know the details on how soon they can sell the car or parts they put in it. I am 100% sure there is some limitations.

Well, my friend had to.. they didn't even film it at his house, they took him to some other house to film it at. Like one that looked crappier and also so people wouldn't know where he lived I guess.
I am not sure if that is the first time they see X or not... I don't know if MTV takes you somewhere then X knocks on the door or what, but they know he's coming.
do they actually work on the engine too or is it all cosmetic? Why ride around with a nice pimped out car but the engine is on it's last leg?

I was wondering about the motor also.... it seems to be a waste if they re-do the exterior/interior of the car and then it dies cuz the motor is crap..... ?
He's already got a new motor ready to go in the car to be turbo'd, I think an SR20 [img]smile.gif[/img]
