the most i ever had was like 1,200 or so, thats when i first scanned my comp.

I downloaded ad aware to this girl i knew she had well over 2,300 diffrent spyware's. Everytime i tried to remove them ad aware would freeze up so i had to remove like 500 at a time...

read reviews first, the MS tools is still not as good as adware.

I use both adaware and spybot search & destroy, they work well together. I never have more than one spyware program, and it's usually this recurring thing that's from microsoft - go figure

u guys have got to be doing something wrong? i dont know what it is.. but i run adaware 1 time every two weeks.. and it struggles to find more than about 10 bugs..

i use mozilla firefox, no firewall, no added pop up protection.. and avast 4 antivirus with virus sheild running in the background. best combo you will ever use.

Also.. right now.. after just rebooting my machine.. i only have... 23 processes running.. beat that biatches! thats with AIM running in startup, avast, bearshare and all the other necessary microsoft processes required to successfully run the machine
