well, it wasnt going 165, those cop cars wouldnt have been able to keep up, and i doubt the tires on them were rated for that..... and i doubt they were even allowed to go that fast per policies....
The thing about that is when the car comes apart, the driver is left sitting in the ditch. He was unhurt in that accident, it's an old video. Watch it again really close.
